Nominations open for Celebration Awards

Have you been cared for by someone who you think is worthy of an award?

If you have been cared for by someone really special at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth Dialysis Unit, the Child Development Centre or a community midwife, why not make them feel really special and nominate them for a Patient Choice Award?

Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust is running the staff Celebration Awards 2015 to acknowledge the efforts of those staff  who go the extra mile for patients, their families and their colleagues.

We want you, patients and family members of someone who has been a patient, to nominate your healthcare star. They may be a nurse, a doctor, a physiotherapist, a porter, a receptionist, a radiographer, a team or anyone working for us who has helped make you feel better.

Judging will take place at the end of March and shortlisted nominees will be announced shortly afterwards. For the lucky shortlisted nominees, there will be a glittering awards night held at Plymouth Pavilions on Friday 12 June for all staff to celebrate their success.
