Deal signals rising activity on Plymouth’s industrial hubs

With commercial activity picking up across Plymouth sector specialists Bruton Knowles have let another office building on the Heathlands Industrial estate just off the A38.

The 1,388 sq feet property has been let to Maritime Books Ltd on a ten year lease.

Mark Slade from Bruton Knowles’ Lockyer Street office said: “Maritime Books  is a specialist publisher of books and magazines on the Royal Navy so this unit  will make the  ideal base. This is another established estate on the A38 around 20 miles from the city and follows hard on the heels of successful lets on the Langage estate.”

The modern, open plan office building has seven designated parking spaces.
