Live conferencing at Plymouth Science Park for first time
LIVE conference streaming is to be offered for the first time at the South West’s biggest science park.
Plymouth Science Park already has the fastest broadband in the South West with outstanding connectivity for its 120 businesses and 900 staff. The Park is in its 20th year and has offices and facilities for a range of businesses from multi-million pound international firms to startups and virtual office facilities.
The new virtual conferencing facility will give businesses the chance to live stream High Definition (HD) quality events to anyone, anywhere and on any device.
The Plymouth Women in Business Networking free half-day workshop on 19th May 2016 will be the first event to use this facility. Plymouth Science Park will also store the recording of the event, making it available to be shared on Youtube, websites and social media and available at any time.

* High quality multi-user audio conference phones and conference bridge setup facilities will be available.
* Large format HD projection facilities will be added to both conference suites with HDMI and wireless connectivity
* Live TV and DVD projection available
* HD multipoint IP-based video conferencing hardware with live webcast and recording capabilities will be available. You can stream your event to the internet in real time or archive for later upload to a location of your choice.
* Free WiFi throughout all PSP Conference spaces and the onsite Bistro.
* Conference suites are fully equipped with audio and video connectivity for laptops and other devices. Wireless radio microphones also available.
