CREATE Creative Arts Academy invites community to their Summer Show

The CREATE Creative Arts Academy at Coombeshead Academy in Newton Abbot, part of Education South West, are unveiling their summer show this month.

The annual exhibition will be unveiled on Thursday the 11th of July between 5pm and 7pm at the CREATE Gallery on the school site and members of the public are welcome to attend.

The school hopes that as many people as possible will come along to celebrate the creative work of their students.

The CREATE Creative Arts Academy is home to specialist studios and teachers offering learning in an exciting range of creative courses.  CREATE offers Art & Design, Photography, Textiles, 3D Design and Graphics offering young people a doorway to a successful future in diverse and rewarding careers.

Helen Coulson, Headteacher at Coombeshead Academy said:

“I am so excited for the launch of the CREATE annual exhibition this month.  I know our students have produced some amazing work this year and I strongly urge people to come and take a look at some of the art our talented young people have created.”
