Kingsley School Celebrates Record-Breaking A Level Results
There was celebration across Kingsley School today as students collected their A Level results — the best set of top grades (A*-A) we’ve ever recorded, and an improvement yet again on last year’s excellent outcomes.
Outstanding individual performances include Alfie, achieving an incredible A* A* A* A* and heading to Warwick University to read Pure Mathematics; Alvin, securing A A A to study Aerospace Engineering at Bristol; Ari, with A* A A, going to UCL for Physics; Freddie, earning 2 Distinction* to join BIMM in Bristol for Music Performance; and Kate, with A* A B B. We also celebrate Zach, whose resilience and perseverance have earned him a place at Marjon to study Sport Business Management, and Grace who achieved A B B and takes up her place to study Paramedic Science in Bristol.
Across the board, subjects such as History, English, MFL, Art, and Photography produced stellar A*-B grades for 95% of students. Students will be confirming their university offers throughout the day with the vast majority now able to access their first choice destinations.
Headteacher, Mr Pavis said: “These are incredible results on what has been a relatively short journey to drive academic outcomes upwards supported by significant investment in the academic side of the school over the last three years. They reflect the dedication of our staff and the determination of our students. I look forward to hearing about all the future successes of our class of 2025!"
