G4 - The Reunion Tour heads for Plymouth

G4 are delighted to announce their Special Guests: Britain's Got Talent Finalist, Soprano Charlotte Jaconelli and the UK's largest and most popular contemporary choir, Rock Choir, who will be performing with G4 live on stage at Plymouth Pavilions.

G4 set an exciting trend by bringing classical music to British reality TV screens for the first time in 2004 with their performance of Nessun Dorma. However, it was their cover of Bohemian Rhapsody that became their signature tune, storming the charts in 2005. Their eponymous debut album went straight to No.1, selling more than 245,000 in the first week, making it the fastest-selling album of the year . In 2007, after three albums, over two million album sales and five sell-out tours with performances in many of the UK's iconic venues, they decided to disband to follow individual interests.

The Reunion Tour has been inspired by the overwhelming response to G4’s 10 Year Reunion concert at London’s Barbican Centre on November 17th. The band have been forced to reconsider the “One Night Only” aspect of the show, and bring their music back to audiences around the country.

Frontman Jonathan Ansell says, “It’s incredibly exciting to be going back on the road with the boys for the first time in a number of years. You can expect the classic G4 treatment: lots of classic songs given the traditional G4 twist, and there’ll definitely be a surprise or two along the way!”.

Experience G4’s trademark sound: expect to hear the tunes that helped make them famous, such as My Way, Nessun Dorma and Bohemian Rhapsody, alongside some fresh takes on music of more recent years. It’s sure to be an evening to live long in the memory: not to be missed!
