Seth Lakeman to perform at HMV in Plymouth

Mercury Music Prize nominee and Devon born Folk singer/songwriter Seth Lakeman will be visiting HMV in Plymouth on Monday 3 February to celebrate the release of his new album Word of Mouth.

Recorded in a Cornish Church, Word of Mouth showcases Seth's skill as a storyteller while the dramatic and melodic sound cements his status as a figurehead of contemporary British Folk.

Making a name for himself in the UK Folk scene and beyond since his teens, Seth has been honoured with both the best album and singer of the year at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.

Seth's third album Freedom Fields was certified Gold and Poor Man's Heaven followed charting at number 8 in the UK.

Seth will be at the store for a live show and signing at 1pm.
