Plymouth resident, Simon King spent countless years struggling with obesity, before he discovered National Slimming & Cosmetics Clinics. In the duration of only a few months, he lost an incredible three stone and gives full credit to the clinic in Plymouth for his impressive slimming journey.

From the very start, Simon found NSCC to be extremely friendly and positive and they also remained supportive and encouraging throughout every step of the way. He overcame harmful habits of skipping meals, rare exercise, and constant food cravings, which were the prime reasons for his obesity, when NSCC provided him with daily appetite suppressants that helped control his appetite along with any needless hunger cravings.

Touching upon 16 stones a few years ago, Simon is today participating in marathons all over the UK, which is something he never believed he would be able to do. He is also dedicated to helping others through the same struggle by sharing his story as a motivational guidance, and he also helps raise money for numerous of charities, some of which are related to heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and children in need.

Currently representing Lloyds bank and supporting ‘Get Kids Going Charity’, he has previously participated in the Exeter 10k, Plymouth 10k, and the Exmouth 5k.

He continues to commit himself to further upcoming events such as the Prudential London Surrey Ride 100, Morrisons Great North Run, and Lloyds Bank Cardiff Marathon. This adds up to six grand events in one year!

Simon gives full credit to NSCC for helping him overcome his weight loss and for changing his life, which has enabled him to take part in such events. Having built a warm and personal relationship with those at NSCC Plymouth throughout his journey, NSCC has willingly agreed to give their full support and sponsor Simon as he takes part in the upcoming marathons for amazing causes.
