Take another look at Maternity Services
Mums and dads can now find all the information they need about the maternity services offered by Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust thanks to the launch of its revamped website.
The new website features:
- Videos – including a tour of the maternity unit, services offered in the community, homebirth and antenatal care.
- Self-referral forms for pregnancy and antenatal care
- Revised patient information leaflets
- A who’s who uniform guide
- Advise and support about feeding baby
Head of Midwifery, Sue Stock said: “We very much hope that our website gives local families a window into our Maternity Service.
"Amongst the pages women can book for their maternity care as soon as they find out they are pregnant, arrange their Antenatal classes, refer themselves to our home birth team and take virtual tours of the unit. Our aim is to give a real flavour of both our team and what we have to offer when booking for care under the umbrella of Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust.”
