Cherrytree Gardens - a new development for Plymouth

Prospective house hunters in Plymouth are being encouraged to register their interest in a brand new housing development which is just about to start at Pennycross Close in Plymouth.

The Cherrytree Gardens development, which will include a range of two, three and four bedroom properties, will include a range of terraced houses and a few semi-detached homes. With prices proposed to start from £154,995 for a two bedroom terraced home, the properties at Pennycross are expected to generate a great deal of interest.
