Devon housebuilder invites homebuyers to take a mortgage holiday with offer worth up to £14,500
Housebuilder Allison Homes is inviting Devon property seekers to make the move to a new home and take a holiday from their mortgage payments by offering up to £14,500*.
Homebuyers who reserve selected plots before Saturday 30th September will receive up to £14,500 from Allison Homes upon completion, which can then be put towards mortgage payments, allowing buyers to focus on the excitement of moving to a brand-new property.
Michele Jones, Head of Sales at Allison Homes South West, said: “At Allison Homes, we strive to make the homebuying journey as easy and enjoyable as possible, which is why we’re very proud to be offering up to £14,500 to new customers this August and September, giving them the opportunity to ease the pressure of mortgage payments.
“Our homes across Devon are proving extremely popular this summer, so we would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch without delay, to avoid missing out on this fantastic offer.”
By reserving a new build Allison home, buyers will also benefit from an average saving of £135 a month on their energy bills, amounting to more than £1,600 a year, as unveiled in a recent report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF)1.
In Devon, Allison Homes is currently providing a range of homes at three developments, including Weavers Place in North Tawton, High Moor View in Winkleigh and Foxglove View in Buckland Brewer. To find out more about the properties available, visit https://allison-homes.co.uk/developments/.
