First Chance to ‘Fly Through’ New Homes Development in Colyton

A digital flythrough showing how a development of new homes in Colyton will look has been released by Exeter-based housebuilder, Wain Homes.

Wain Homes is launching its Maple Cross development, featuring a range of 72 highly energy efficient two, three, four and five-bedroom homes on Sidmouth Road, on 22nd March.

Ahead of the release of the first homes for sale, Wain has produced lifelike computer generated imagery of how the development will look once complete.

The virtual video shows ‘finished’ streets lined with two and three-storey properties featuring a mix of traditional brick and render finishes, in keeping with the architectural style of the town.

Wain Homes’ off-plan launch of Maple Cross will run between 10am to 5pm on Saturday 22 March and Sunday 23 March by appointment only. New homes being released will feature Wain Homes’ new all-inclusive specifications, with early reservation customers able to bespoke their homes with a range of choices.
