Arson attack on house while victims slept: Police call for witnesses

Police are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack at a property in Lizard Close, Southway, Plymouth on Monday 22 April 2013 at approximately 3am.

The victims were asleep inside the property at the time and fire crews attended the scene and extinguished the fire which appears to be a deliberate act.
