Body found by police identified as missing Chudleigh man

A body discovered by police has been identified as missing Chudleigh man Mike Vincent.

Police confirmed the identification of the deceased man on Wednesday 6 November, following the discovery of the body on Sunday morning (3 November) at around 11am.

The news follows an appeal by police over the weekend to help trace Mr Vincent, who was 64 and had been missing from Chudleigh, Devon, since Thursday 31 October 2013.

Police and family said his disappearance was out of character raising concerns about his welfare.
