Lord Mayor's Charity Horse Racing Night raises £850
A great time was had by all those who attended a Charity Horse Racing Night on Sunday 30th October 2016 in aid of the South West Mesothelioma Support Group and Frontline Veterans Support.
A grand total of £850 was raised for the charities.
Members of the South West Mesothelioma Support Group would like to extend their sincere thanks to Plymouth Lord Mayor Councillor Pauline Murphy and her Consort Councillor Brian Vincent for organising the evening and to all those at Stonehouse Creek Leisure and Social Club who helped make it such a success.
Also to all those who supported both charities by attending the event and placing lots of bets! A fabulous amount raised for two very worthy local causes.
