Man named following fatal Derriford collision

A man who died following a collision involving a refuse lorry within the grounds of Derriford Hospital has been named as 57-year old Lee Jane from Higher Compton, Plymouth.

Police were called at 7.15am on Monday 8th June.

No other vehicles or people are believed to have been involved. Mr Jane was declared deceased at the scene and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed.
