School minibus involved in collision, Holsworthy

Police are currently dealing with a road traffic collision at Holsworthy Beacon, Holsworthy, involving a school minibus which has collided with a lorry and a building.

At around 3.45pm on Tuesday 25 March, the minibus was involved in a collision witn a lorry which was carrying a crane and a the Old Post Office at Holsworthy Beacon.

Around 15 children were on the minibus, but none have suffered serious injuries and have all been taken to a place of safety.

The drivers of the minibus and the lorry are both believed to have suffered minor injuries.

The road near the site currently remains blocked awaiting recovery of the vehicles and inspection of the damage to the building.
