Toddler sustains life-changing injuries after serious road traffic collision in Plymouth

Police in Plymouth are appealing for information following a serious road traffic collision in the city at just after 9.30am on Sunday, 9 June 2013, at the YMCA John Kitto Centre on Honicknowle Lane.

A red Vauxhall Zafira was involved in a collision with a 19-month-old girl who sustained life-changing injuries.

She was taken to Derriford Hospital but later airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol where her condition, described as critical, remains unchanged.

Anyone with information regarding the collision is asked to contact the Police on 101, quoting reference 0366 of 090613.
