Wet Wet Wet Devon Gig Announced
Iconic UK pop band Wet Wet Wet are heading to Barnstaple in 2026 as part of a brand-new acoustic tour – and it promises to be something truly special.
An Intimate Acoustic Evening with Wet Wet Wet will visit Queen’s Theatre on Wednesday, 14 May, offering fans in North Devon a rare chance to hear their biggest hits completely reimagined.
The tour will feature founding member Graeme Clark, long-time guitarist Graeme Duffin, and lead singer Kevin Simm, performing in smaller venues – many of which the band have never played before in their 40+ year career.
The stripped-back format offers a fresh take on classics such as Sweet Little Mystery, Angel Eyes, Temptation, Goodnight Girl, and Love Is All Around.
Following the success of their full-band arena shows, which have seen them perform to over 75,000 fans in recent years, the trio are stepping into a more intimate space – where their songs can shine in a new light.
Each acoustic set will also feature behind-the-scenes stories and personal memories from the band’s history.
The tour coincides with their new album, Strings Attached, released on 3rd October 2025, featuring acoustic reworkings of their most loved songs – plus a powerful cover of Fleetwood Mac’s The Chain.
Graeme Clark said, “Performing acoustically gives us the freedom to explore the heart of each song. The connection with the audience is unlike anything else.”
Kevin Simm added, “We’re so excited to bring this unique show to places like Barnstaple. It’ll be emotional, personal – and unforgettable.”
With over 15 million records sold and 500 weeks on the UK charts, Wet Wet Wet remain one of the country’s most celebrated bands – and this special evening in Barnstaple is not to be missed.
