The Plymouth Daily has 5 pairs of tickets for the special advance screening at the Vue Plymouth.
HOW TO ENTER: Answer the question stated on the competition.
The Competition is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland excluding persons professionally connected to the promotion.
PRIZE(S) The prizes are as follows: There will be a total of 5 winning entries. Each winning entry will receive one prize. A prize is a two tickets to the stated film screening at Vue Plymouth, on the 30th April 2015.
No purchase necessary.
CLOSING DATE: The competition ends at 4pm GMT on Friday 24 April 2015 and any entrants made after then will not be included.
SELECTION OF THE WINNER: The winner will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted by 4pm on 24 April 2015 in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entrants accept that, if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. By entering entrants agree to receive The Plymouth Daily newsletter with the e-mail they provide. To opt out of the newsletter participants must write ‘opt out’ in the main body of their e-mail when they enter. Two winners will be selected at random after the closing date. No correspondence will be entered into.
NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE(S): The winner will be contacted by the competition organisers after the competition has ended.
There is no limit on the number of entries per person. However, entrants will only be entitled to win once.
The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.

The prizes are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prizes above.
RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: The Plymouth Daily competitions are open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over as at the start date, except those who at any time between the start date and the closing date are employees of the promoter, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.

In addition, the promoter may like to share your information with other companies so that they may send you information about their products and services, by telephone, email and SMS. If you do not agree to your information being shared in this way, please indicate so in your email entry.
GENERAL: The name of the winners may be be published at www.theplymouthdaily.co.uk for one week after closing date. You may want to print a copy of these rules to keep for your reference. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
