Regional housebuilder scores partnership with Culm Sampford Football Club

Regional housebuilder Allison Homes South West has partnered with Culm Sampford United Youth FC as part of its commitment to supporting local communities. The housebuilder’s donation has gone towards the under 13 mixed team’s kit, under 12 mixed team rain jackets and the under 14 girls team jumpers.

The donation coincides with the recent announcement of the upcoming development on Post Hill, Tiverton which will comprise of 70 new affordable homes.

Culm Sampford United Youth FC is a thriving village club that provides quality grassroots football for the local community. The club comprises of over 300 players and 42 officials and offers football for local children of all ages.

James Taylor, Chairman of Culm Samford United Youth FC commented: “We are incredibly grateful for the support from Allison Homes South West. The club, which is loved by many, supports young boys and girls, from ages 6 to 18.”

Steve Fowler, Managing Director at Allison Homes South West said: “At Allison Homes, we are committed to building thriving communities for local people. The Culm Sampford United Youth FC is an important pillar of the community local to our new Tiverton development and we are delighted to help contribute to such a wonderful club.”

In Devon, the demand for affordable housing remains high. Allison Partnerships is a dedicated division of Allison Homes. The arm of the business collaborated with trusted housing providers to address England’s unmet housing needs.

Allison Homes South West’s newest development in Tiverton, which is due for completion next year, will contribute significantly to this effort, offering a variety of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. All properties will be classed as affordable and delivered as a mixture of Shared Ownership and Social Rent.

The contract is part of LiveWest’s plans to provide around 5,000 affordable homes across the South West over the next five years.
