Lush in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2014

LUSH, the Poole based manufacturer and retailer of fresh handmade cosmetics, last night received top marks in the Sunday Times Best Companies Awards for ‘being green’ with an unbeaten score (90% positive) for staff believing their employer ‘cares about the environment’ and coming 4th for ‘making a real difference in the world'.

This is the eleventh year LUSH has been in the top 100 Best Companies To Work For list and also received a high score (7th) for ‘Giving Something Back’, while 78% of staff believe ‘they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the organisation’ and 80% are ‘proud of it'.

LUSH currently employs over 2,000 and has 106 shops throughout the UK, with over 900 shops worldwide in 51 countries and manufacturing sites across the world. They have a shop in Charles Street, Plymouth.
