Toby Buckland's Garden Festival
After the success of last year, Toby Buckland's Garden Festival at Powderham Castle is back and bigger than ever on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd May!
There will be explosive 'daytime fireworks' with coloured smoke and showering steamers down from the Gate House. Toby and the Countess of Devon will be cutting the ribbon.
Teign Trees will be swining from the trees at the entrance of the castle! There will also be live music from the Cataclews and much more.
Topsham Flower Club are decorating the Chapel at Powderham with incredible flower arrangements themed on the work of the Red Cross. Concentrating on the basic human needs like warmth, shelter, food and water. Red Cross collectors will be shaking their tins around the festival.
There will also be ''Lonely Bouquets'' placed around the festival for people to find. This is NAFAS engaging with the pubic to encourage more members.
There will be a didgeridoo workshop on the Saturday hosted by Pete Appleton.
Tickets are £7.50 for Adults on the day or book online in advance for a reduced rate at £6. Children under 16 are free.
