Barker's back for Berwick meeting

FORMER Plymouth captain and number one Ben Barker is due back at the St Boniface Arena on Friday evening (7.15pm) when the Skills Group Devils meet Berwick in the Premier League.

It will be Barker’s second visit to the Devon track this season as he scored 12 (paid 13) from five rides as a guest for Peterborough’s Oliver Allen when he helped the Panthers to a 52-40 league win at the beginning of last month.

Plymouth co-promoter Ashley Taylor says: "We all know what Ben can do, especially at the Arena in front of the Plymouth supporters. We have just got to make sure that we are up for it on the night."
