Raffle raises funds for Alzheimer's charity

Staff from the furniture department at Otter Nurseries in Brixton were thrilled with the results of a raffle held in aid of the garden centre’s charity of the year, Alzheimer’s Society.

The team sold hundreds of tickets in a single week, raising £165. The winner of the Outback Omega 200 BBQ was Mr Soper.

Fundraising for the charity is happening throughout the year, with each department holding events including cake bakes and quizzes.
