Virtual Jet Centre flies high
CELEBRATIONS are underway at Devon’s award-winning Virtual Jet Centre after staff received their 250th five star review on online travel review site tripadvisor.
The centre offers members of the public the chance to experience the feeling of actually flying in their bespoke simulator, taught by real pilots.
Captain Andy Wilkins, who founded the centre and built the 737-800 Simulator said: “We’re thrilled. For a new business to have that amount of five star reviews is incredible and gives us the motivation to continue raising the bar in the future and offering even more experiences not only to the general public but to the business community too.”
The Virtual Jet Centre also offers specialist Fear of Flying courses to help combat the debilitating phobia suffered by one in six of the population. So far they have had a 100% success rate.
“I can't recommend this highly enough,” wrote client Robert Popel from Weston Super Mare. “My girlfriend bought me this for my birthday. I loved it, it was great to actually speak to experienced pilots.
“The staff were really nice and helpful and the resident dog Tamar was beautiful. I feel a bit more confident about getting on a plane too. I am definitely considering their 3 hour fear of flying course that they offer. Great experience. Looking forward to next time.”
Corporate team building days have also proved popular at the centre which also boasts a true-to-life cabin and computer simulators.
The Virtual Jet Centre is situated just off the A38 at Chudleigh in Devon. For more information please visit www.virtualjetcentre.co.uk
