Stagecoach invites customer feedback at Tavistock Information Day
Stagecoach South West is inviting local people to have their say about recent bus service changes at the information day, being held in Tavistock on 2nd October.
A Stagecoach bus will be parked up in Bedford Square and members of the management team will be on hand, from 10am to 2pm, to answer questions, provide information and respond to feedback. Stagecoach South West Commercial Director, Robert Williams, explains:
“I would encourage anyone to come along to meet our team and find out more about our service from Tavistock to Plymouth. Our recent changes have attracted quite a few comments, and we are keen to explore the benefits and opportunities for further changes that may be out there. We are also keen to dispel any myths about services being taken away and to promote how easy it is to use our service to get into Plymouth, as a real alternative to the car. We therefore decided it would be helpful to make ourselves available for questions and to provide people with an opportunity to have their say. Our customers are our priority and we want to make sure that they know how to get in touch.”
The Stagecoach South West team will be in Bedford Square, Tavistock, between 1000-1400 on 2nd October and will also be giving away Stagecoach goodies, such as pens and notepads. Alternatively, if customers are unable to attend the information day, they can email the team at: southwest.enquiries@stagecoachbus.com
