Did you witness Plymouth burglaries?
Police investigating two reported robberies in Plymouth on Sunday 25 September are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
The first incident took place at around 10.50pm on the railway bridge on Sutherland Road, when a woman in her 20s was approached by a man, who took her handbag and ran off towards Restormel Road.
Police are trying to locate the stolen property, which was described as a Gucci handbag, which contained, among other things, car keys which had a pink metal rose key ring on them.
In the second incident, which happened around 40 minutes later, at 11.30pm, on Ford Park Road, Mutley, a woman in her late teens was approached by two suspects and her laptop, inside its laptop bag, was taken.
It is believed the two suspects ran down Ford Park Road towards the cemetery.
Officers are trying to locate the computer, which was described as a silver Dell laptop with a large painted planet earth on the lid with stars at the side. It was in a black laptop case which has a yellow inside.
Police believe the two incidents may be linked and are keen to speak to anybody who may have witnessed them or saw any suspicious behaviour in the area at the time.
