Teignmouth permanent Banking Hub location confirmed
Cash Access UK, the organisation set up to protect nationwide access to cash, has confirmed today that the new Banking Hub in Teignmouth will be located at 19 Bank Street, Teignmouth, TQ14 8AW.
The Hub will offer a counter service operated by the Post Office, where customers of all major banks can carry out regular cash transactions, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. It will also offer a Community Banker service where customers can talk to their own bank about more complicated issues on the day their bank is in the Hub. In Teignmouth, the Community Bankers will be available on the following days:
- Monday: NatWest
- Tuesday: HSBC
- Wednesday: Lloyds
- Thursday: Santander
- Friday: Barclays
Finding the right location for a Banking Hub that is convenient, accessible and works for everyone often takes time, so Cash Access UK is delighted to have been able to secure convenient premises in the heart of the community.
The team at Cash Access UK is now working hard to fit out the new premises and the temporary hub in the local Post Office will remain open until the permanent Hub is up and running. Cash Access UK will provide updates on the status of the permanent Hub on Teignmouth Banking Hub page as works progresses.
Including Teignmouth, there are currently four Banking Hubs open across Devon including Axminster, Brixham and Sidmouth. A further two are planned for Dawlish and Dartmouth.
