Trident Gym opens this weekend with prizes to be won
Trident Gym will be celebrating its opening at The Barcode, Drake Circus this weekend with a launch party giving Plymouth’s fitness fanatics the chance to win prizes.
This Saturday (1st February), the new state-of-the-art gym, health and wellness centre will be giving away free day passes for all visitors, alongside complimentary drinks from Red Bull and taster meals from Nutritional Edge.
There will also be weightlifting and fitness competitions taking place all day for visitors to compete to win exclusive prizes, with the atmosphere taken up another notch with five DJs including Alfie Crook, Mike James and local artist Gabriela bringing the beats all day. Clothing from fashion brand Trusted London will be available for those wanting to pick up some fresh gym threads.
Along with state-of-the-art facilities, Trident Gym will also be offering saunas and ice baths as a new wellness and recovery option in Plymouth. Open 24 hours a day, the new gym offers convenience and accessibility, with memberships starting from £35 per month.
In addition, Trident Gym offers expert Personal Trainers who are available to support members in reaching their fitness goals with personalised programmes and one-on-one sessions. Flexible PT sessions are available by appointment to fit any schedule, ensuring everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes can achieve their full potential.
