Busy few days for summer deals at Plymouth Argyle
Plymouth Argyle have made a number of decisions regarding their playing staff over the last few days.
Three players have been secured for the upcoming 2013/14 season and one will be leaving the club.
The 24-year-old striker Reuben Reid has signed a season-long loan from Yeovil Town, his third spell at Argyle. Reid spent the second half of last season at Home Park.
Meanwhile, manager John Sheridan has retained the 19-year-old Isaac Vassell until the end of next season. The pacey striker has had few first team opportunities to date - and none last term - but Sheridan will hope the youngster will begin to repay his faith over the coming months.
Another striker, Tyler Harvey has signed professional terms for the Pilgrims after impressing as an apprentice over the last two seasons, including in appearance for the first team. Harvey turns 18 next month.
Through the exit door goes goalkeeper Rene Gilmartin who leaves Argyle by mutual consent after just one season at the club. He becomes a free agent having made 15 appearances for Argyle last season.
