Police seek witnesses following daylight street robbery

Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery in broad daylight in Plymouth.

Between 3.30 and 4pm on Sunday 18 August 2013, a 32-year-old local woman was robbed while standing at a bus stop opposite a supermarket in Pomphlett Road in Plymstock.

The suspect grabbed a Samsung tablet device from under the woman's arm, pushed her in the stomach and ran off into a waiting car and drove away.

The Samsung Galaxy tablet is valued at around £350.

The suspect is described as male, 170cm tall with big eyes,  wearing a grey hooded top with the hood up and dark jeans.
