Police appeal for information on wanted suspect

Police in the Plymouth area are searching for 40-year-old Robert Moogan, who is wanted in connection with a recall to prison due to a breach of his licence conditions.

The police would like any information relating to his whereabouts or to assist in finding him and are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to locate him.  He will be arrested once found.

Mr Moogan is described as a white man in his early 40s with a bald shaved head, he has blue eyes and is of a proportionate build.

He has links to the Milehouse, Mutley and Keyham areas of Plymouth.

Police are appealing for anyone who has had recent contact with him to come forward and assist by calling 101 or by calling Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111, quoting log number 502 of 12/11/2013.
