Police have confirmed the name of the cyclist killed in a collision on the A30 near Lifton in Devon as Thomas Brady, 41.
Mr Brady was local and from Lifton.
The fatal incident occurred on Wednesday 14 August on the old A30 at Sprytown Cross near Lifton when a Citroen Saxo and a Giant Revel bicycle were involved in the collision.
