Police have launched an investigation after a car collided with a house in St Levan Road, Plymouth, at around 11.40pm last night (Wednesday 7th October) causing substantial damage.
Emergency services attended an apartment building in Warleigh Court following reports of a Ford Focus having collided with two parked vehicles and the building.
