Plymouth Active has launched a new series of free taster sessions to help local people living with Parkinson’s to get into therapeutic swimming.
Starting this month, the Good Boost programme will be delivered by specially trained swimming instructors and is meant as a fun and inclusive way for people living with Parkinson’s to get active.
Patients with Parkinson’s disease from across the Westcountry can now easily get involved with research to combat the condition, thanks to a new way to sign-up on the South West Dementias and Neurodegenerative Diseases Research Network (DeNDRoN) website.
