Sophie Pierce is a writer and broadcaster based on the edge of Dartmoor. Her forthcoming book Rock Idols: a guide to Dartmoor in 28 tors, is a co-production with her artist husband Alex Murdin. Together they are organising the first Dartmoor Tors Festival which will take place on the late May bank holiday 2025.
