British Firework Championships 2013

The Champion of Champions competition looks set to be one of the best yet as the last six winners go head-to-head to be crowned ‘Champion of Champions’!

More than four tonnes of fireworks will light up the skies as the country’s top pyrotechnics companies battle it out for the coveted national title. The Fireworks will start at 9:30pm when dusk falls

The now internationally renowned British Fireworks Championships will again be lifting off from Plymouth’s spectacular waterfront over these two evenings. It is one of the biggest annual displays put on by professional firework companies anywhere in the UK.

There will also be fairground rides and refreshment stalls which will open at 2pm daily.

Entertainment will be starting on the performance stage from 6.30pm each evening, with performances from local bands Joker and Rockafella (more acts will be announced shortly)
