Then get your dancing shoes on and come to the ultimate beach party on New Year’s Eve, starting with Champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by an indulgent eight-course menu (£74 per head) and disco until 1am. Courses range from creamy white bean soup with truffle oil and crème fraiche to steamed fillets of lemon sole filled with salmon mousse, and Tuille biscuit filled with Belgium chocolate mousse and served with fresh organic vanilla cream.
