“We’re trying to remain grounded and make sure we have enough points to ensure that we are safe". So says Plymouth coach Gary Owers, speaking to the Plymouth Argyle website ahead of another vital game.

The Pilgrims travel to Staffordshire to face promotion chasing Burton Albion, a tough fixture on paper, but one an in-form Argyle with four wins in their last five games will surely approach in a positive frame of mind.

The club remain cautious, knowing they are one of at least seven teams still in danger of relegation with only four games remaining. Being just three points clear of the relegation zone in such a tight battle means there is little room for slip ups.

The club received another boost today (Friday) when John Sheridan was named League 2 manager of the month and exciting on-loan stiker Jason Banton named League 2 player of the month for March.
