Appeal for witnesses to indecent exposure incident

Police are appealing for a witness following an indecent exposure in the Estover area of Plymouth on Thursday 8 March 2018.

The incident happened between 2pm and 2.30pm.

PC Paul Carswell said: “A woman was walking close to, or on the footbridge over Novorossisk Road, when she saw a man who then allegedly exposed himself to her. This same woman then called a local school to warn them of the male but did not leave her name or contact details.

“We attended the scene and an arrest was made. The woman who called the local school could be a vital witness and we are urging her to come forward.”

A 26-year-old man from Plymouth was arrested on suspicion of Indecent Exposure and was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
