Police seek Plymouth man for return to prison

Police in Plymouth are seeking a 22-year-old man who is wanted for a recall to prison for breaching the conditions of his licence following his release from prison for a conviction for GBH in 2011.

Tommy Small from Plymouth is described as around five foot two inches tall with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black top and a pair of jogging bottoms.

Small is believed to have links to the Stonehouse and Devonport areas of Plymouth as well as Camborne in Cornwall.

Police say that officers are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to ascertain his whereabouts and intend to arrest and return him to prison when he is located.
