Argyle's pre-season friendlies kick-off at Elburton Villa

Pre-season friendly, Tuesday 9 July, kick-off 7.30pm

Plymouth Argyle begin a series of pre-season friendly matches this evening (Tuesday 9 July) with a visit to local side Elburton Villa of the South West Peninsula League Premier Division.

The match will be available to view online on the Argyle Player.

The PiIgrims follow this with trips to Tiverton Town on Saturday (13 July), kick-off 3pm, and to Bath City a week tonight (Tuesday 16 July), kick-off 7.45pm.

John Sheridan's side will conclude their pre-season preparations with friendlies against Football League opposition in the shape of League One side Mk Dons (Sunday 21 July at 3pm) and newly promoted local rivals Yeovil Town (Saturday 27 July at 3pm) from the Championship, both at Home Park.

The League Two season's opener against Southend United is on Saturday 3 August at 3pm.
