Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a 31-year-old man who is wanted for breaching his court bail conditions.

Andrew Clarke (pictured), is charged with aggravated vehicle taking but has failed to comply with bail conditions imposed by Plymouth Crown Court.

Numerous enquiries have been made by police to try and locate and arrest him.
