House hunters now have a chance to experience life at one of Devon’s newest communities after Barratt Homes unveiled three new show homes at its Okement Park development.
Okement Park is a collection of 220 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes on the edge of Okehampton and within a mile of the town centre, in reach of independent shops and restaurants.
Figures just released for the first full five years of Help to Buy in Plymouth have revealed that more than 1,000 homebuyers have used the government scheme to buy their new home.
The figures show that 1,023 people in the area have taken advantage of the scheme since it was launched in April 2013.
