The Neighbourhood Plan for Clyst Honiton has been formally ‘made’ by East Devon District Council following an overwhelming vote of support in the local referendum. The plan is now a fully adopted part of the statutory development plan, alongside the East Devon Local Plan, and will be used to guide planning decisions within the designated Neighbourhood Area.
