A 47 year old man is in police custody at Charles Cross Police Station in connection with the death of a Plymouth man in Keyham Road.
Devon and Cornwall Police were informed of the death at 10.08pm on Tuesday 12th March. They describe both men as local.
The death is being treated as suspicious and police have begun investigations.
