Rachel Buckley, Joint Managing Director of The Family Law Company is championing a less combative approach to divorce by qualifying as a Collaborative Lawyer - with perfect timing for 'Divorce Day' which this year falls on Monday January 6.
This new accreditation means she can now offer separating clients an alternative option to the more traditional divorce process.
