Visit Plymouth's West End on Saturday 4th August for Carnival!
A free event, Carnival is open to everyone. Join us for live music on stage, a walking circus with sword swallower, fire breathers and more plus great tasters from local restaurants and offers from local businesses.
Running from 10am - 4pm, it's a great day out for the family this summer holiday.
LYLM fortnight runs from the 17th - 31st May and will kick off with the Market holding a mobile-market at the Sundial on Thursday 17th, showcasing some of its traders and their goods.
Then on the 19th - Royal Wedding Day – the Market will be hosting a special live screening of the event on a large screen TV to celebrate Harry and Meghan’s special day.
On Saturday 26th the Market will be holding a Love Your Local Market family fun day between 10am – 3pm with tastings, cooking demos, a Street Factory mini-jam, face painting and lots more.
Join us at Plymouth Market on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 May to celebrate Love Your Local Market Fortnight. To celebrate, we have some excellent entertainment lined up including musicians Jump Out Duo on Friday and free face painting, children’s entertainer Emazedad and Jack Toy Jazz Trio on Saturday.
