CCTV images released following city pub assault
Police in Plymouth have issued CCTV images of a suspect following an incident in a pub which resulted in two men being assaulted.
The incident occurred at around 11.15pm on Sunday 5th May in the Mannamead pub on Mutley Plain, Plymouth.
Following an altercation one victim - a man aged 60 years - was punched to the head and kicked whilst on the floor. He received cuts to his head and face as a result.
His friend, a man aged 58 years who attempted to intervene was also assaulted by being punched to the face and sustained a cut to his eye.
Both men were taken to Derriford Hospital for treatment.
CCTV images show the suspect inside the premises and he is described as being a white man in his late 30s, of slim build with dark hair and a balding hairline.
He was wearing a pink-coloured top with a beige-coloured jacket and blue jeans.
He was accompanied by a woman wearing a black dress.
